Important: This integration is based on WooCommerce REST API v3, so if you are using any other API version it will not be suitable. The REST API v3 is available in WooCommerce versions 2.4.x and 2.5.x. If you're unsure if your WooCommerce version is supported, please contact us.
You can get full control over your store, and integrate with other apps, by using the following Flow XO triggers and actions:
- New Customer
- New Order
You should also consider that there is native support for webhooks in WooCommerce - you can webhook directly to start a Flow XO flow on a range of events in your store. You can access them in the general 'Settings' of your WooCommerce application, and use them with Flow XO's webhook support.
- Add, Update,Get and Delete a Customer
- Add, Update, Get and Delete an Order
Connecting Your Account
WooCommerce relies on using your specific account URL - where your WooCommerce shop is hosted. This will vary based on how you set up your WordPress site - if you installed WordPress files to your 'root' directory, then it will just be the URL you (and your customers) use to access your store. You'll also need to generate a 'Consumer Key' and 'Consumer Secret', if you haven't done so already. You should note that you'll need to ensure you give both Read and Write permissions and you can only view these at the time of generation.
You should copy these out ready to paste into Flow XO.
As a special consideration, you should note that you cannot authorize WooCommerce if you do not have "Permalinks" enabled in your WordPress settings. You should ensure that you enable Permalinks in your WordPress account before trying to authenticate.
