International Language Support

Flow XO bots can speak many international languages when they need to use pre-defined words/phrases such as when:

• Saying goodbye.
• Reminding the user to answer a question.
• Explaining that we don't understand.

To change a bot's language, click Bots on the top menu bar, find the bot for which you want to change the language, and click Edit. Find the language select box to make the change:

It's also possible to add a Custom Prompt Message to the Web Messenger to accommodate any language:

Timestamps in the Web Messenger are automatically shown based on the browser's language settings.
