LeanKit

LeanKit is a visual project delivery tool that enables teams of all types and across all levels of the organization to apply Lean management principles to their work. Whatever flow methodology you use — including Kanban, Scrum, Waterfall and anything in between — we help you remove waste and continuously improve.

You can trigger your Flow XO flows with the following LeanKit tasks:

• New Card
• Card Moved

You can use the following actions as part of your Flow XO flow:

• Add, Update, Get, Move and Delete a Card 
• Add a Card Comment

Connecting Your Account

You'll just need to enter your normal log in details into the Flow XO 'Authorize the Service' window - your account name (Your account name is the part between https:// and .leankit.com. If you access Leankit at https://example.leankit.com, your account name is 'example'), your LeanKit registered Email address and your LeanKit account password.

You'll then need to click 'Test Connection' to receive the 'Connection succeeded.' message. You can then click 'Next' to continue configuring your Flow XO flow.

Known Issues

• You should check that you have correct access permissions based on your LeanKit user account. You need to be either an organisation administrator or have 'Reader' access to access boards, and you'll need all 'User' access rights to modify a board. You can check out all the necessary / required privileges as per LeanKit's help and support, here.
