SurveyMonkey provides free, customizable surveys, as well as a suite of paid back-end programs that include data analysis, sample selection, bias elimination, and data representation tools.
There's only one trigger that you can use in your Flow XO flows, and no downstream actions:

Connecting Your Account
Connecting your SurveyMonkey account is easy. On the 'Authorize the Service' screen (after you've selected the 'New Survey Response' task) you'll just need to hit the 'Authorize' button, then enter your normal SurveyMonkey username and password in the new window that appears. You'll then be returned to Flow XO and your SurveyMonkey account will be connected to Flow XO.
Why do I sometimes not get any outputs for First Name, Last Name and Email Address as default?
SurveyMonkey provides three default fields, 'First Name', 'Last Name' and 'Email Address'. These outputs are only populated if you are using an email collector and the contact exists in your SurveyMonkey address book. You might ask for this information in your own survey as an actual question - if so, please be sure to use the output from the response data, not the default SurveyMonkey fields.
