Using Nimble, you can trigger your Flow XO flows on:

  • New Contact

And you can use the following Nimble actions in your Flow XO flow:

  • Add, Update, Get and Delete a Contact
  • Add a Task

Connecting Your Account

Connecting your Nimble account is easy. On the 'Authorize the Service' screen (after you've selected the task you'd like to use) you'll just need to hit the 'Authorize' button, then enter your normal Nimble username and password in the new window that appears. You'll then be returned to Flow XO and your Nimble account will be connected to Flow XO.


Where are all the normal Flow XO actions like Update, Get and Delete for other 'objects' that I use in my Nimble account?

We've included all possible actions from the Nimble API - if more are added by Nimble, we'll be sure to include them.

Known Issues

  • You should use the "Parent Company" field, not the "Company Name" field to  associate the contact you're creating with a company object in your Nimble account (the 'Company' field is just a standard additional field that exists by default - you can remove it in your Nimble account if you prefer). Flow XO will create a new Parent Company in Nimble if the name you've provided doesn't exist yet.
