Streak is a CRM tool that sits in your Gmail account. Working with Streak, you can trigger Flow XO flows on:
- New Box
- New Box Email Address Activity
And you can configure the following tasks as actions in your flow:
- Add, Update, Get and Delete a Box
- Add, Update, Get and Delete a Task
Connecting Your Account
You'll need to get your Streak API key to connect your account. Here's where it is in your Streak account - first, you'll need to click on the 'Developer Zone' link:
Then in the window that appears, you can copy your API key:
Normally, when I use a Flow XO task, I give an 'ID' to specify the 'thing' that I'd like to work with. Why are there no ID's when using Streak?
There are! (promise). Streak names their ID's eg, 'Box Keys' so for external consistency, and in case you'd like to refer back to the Streak documentation, we've named our outputs for ID eg, 'Box Key'. When you need to use one in your flow, it will be clear because the input is labelled the same way.
