Podio

Podio is a web-based platform for organizing team communication, business processes, data and content in project management 'workspaces'. Users can also select business 'apps' from an online app store or build their own according to project needs.

Podio is a super flexible app that allows you to be really creative. However, you'll see that the apps and workspaces you create can be managed through a few simple triggers and actions in Flow XO.

You can trigger a Flow XO flow on:

New Activity
New Item
New Task

And you can use the following actions in your flow:

Add,Update,Get and Delete an Item
Add,Update,Get and Delete a Task
Add a Status

Connecting Your Account

Podio is really easy to authorize - just follow the instructions in Flow XO when you set up your Podio trigger/action and enter your Podio username and password into the window that appears, unless you're already signed in. You'll just need to click the green button 'Grant access' after entering your password.

Known Issues

Views are extremely powerful, and allow you to organise your data inside your Podio applications any way you wish. However, when using 'Views' inside Podio with Flow XO triggers, you MUST ensure that you have configured these correctly for Flow XO to work with:
