Todoist is a powerful task manager for personal productivity. It lets you manage tasks from your inbox, browser, desktop, or mobile device.

Todoist is all about managing tasks. So you'll be able to trigger on:

New Task
Task Completed

And you'll be able to use the following actions:

Add a Task
Update a Task
Get a Task
Delete a Task

Connecting Your Account

Todoist is really simple to connect - as long as you're signed into your Todoist account, you'll just need to click 'Authorize' in Flow XO after selecting your task and then 'Agree' at Todoist. (If you're not signed in, you'll be asked to do so.)

FAQ

Can I create recurring tasks?

Yes! We've made a special exception in the the Flow XO datetime fields, so that if you'd like to take advantage of Todoist's special syntax for creating recurring tasks, you can provide e.g. 'every day'.

Known Issues

It's not possible to filter on a 'Completed Task' by a 'query' (Todoist filter) like with 'New Task'. If you have a very specific requirement, you should consider using a Flow XO filter on the trigger itself.
