Create a Zendesk bot

Follow these steps to connect your bot to Zendesk:

Important: You need to have a Zendesk account created and access to the Support Panel
  • In Flow XO, click *Bots* in the top menu bar, then choose *+New*.

  • Now choose Zendesk as the messaging platform.

  • Fill in the form. You will see the Fields that are required

    > Note: For the APP ID, KEY ID and SECRET jump into the next step >

  • Next, you should go to your Zendesk support panel
  • Navigate to https://{{YOUR_CENTER_NAME}}.zendesk.com/admin/apps-integrations/apis/conversations-api/ to create the API Keys we need on FlowXO Bot creation

  • Type in any name you would like to use, it won’t affect the process

  • After you hit Next, you will see all the values you need on FlowXO just for copy and paste

  • Back on FlowXO copy each value from Zendesk into the form we have open

  • After you hit next we create all the infrastructure to interact with your Zendesk account
  • Go ahead and create a Flow to see it working
