QuickBooks Online allows you to use your iPad, mobile phone or computer to do invoicing, billing, run reports, or even pay employees online.
You can trigger your Flow XO flows with the following QuickBooks Online tasks:
- New Bill
- New Bill Payment
- New Check
- New Customer
- New Invoice
- New Invoice Payment
- New Sales Receipt
- New Vendor
And as part of your integrated Flow XO flow you can use the following actions:
- Add, Update, Get and Delete a Customer
- Add, Update, Get and Delete a Vendor
- Add and Get a Bill
- Add and Get a Bill Payment
- Add and Get a Check
- Add and Get a Sales Receipt
- Add and Get an Invoice
- Add and Get an Invoice Payment
- Send an Invoice
- Send a Sales Receipt
Connecting Your Account
Connecting your account is easy - you'll just need to click 'Authorize' in the Flow XO 'Authorize the Service' window when setting up your flow action for the first time, then sign in to your QuickBooks Online account in the window that appears (if you're not already signed in) with your normal QuickBooks Online account email address and password, then confirm you're happy to connect. You'll be returned to the flow and QuickBooks Online will be connected to Flow XO.
