Act! Essentials

Act! Essentials helps you easily consolidate and manage contacts, activities, notes, and history, and connect with prospects and customers in one organised place, accessible from anywhere.

You can trigger your Flow XO flows with the following Act! tasks:

• New Contact
• New Opportunity
• New To-Do

And as part of your integrated Flow XO flow you can use the following actions:

• Add, Update, Get and Delete Contact
• Add, Update, Get and Delete a To-Do
• Add, Update, Get and Delete an Opportunity

Connecting Your Account

You'll need to retrieve some details from your Act! Essentials account to paste into Flow XO and connect your flow:

Then, in Flow XO:

You'll then need to click 'Test Connection' to get the 'Connection succeeded.' message - you can then click 'Next' to continue configuring your Flow XO flow.
