Freshdesk is cloud-based customer support software that lets you support customers through traditional channels like phone and email as well as social channels.
You can trigger your Flow XO flows with the following Freshdesk tasks:
- New Ticket
And as part of your integrated Flow XO flow you can use the following actions:
- Add, Update, Get and Delete a Company
- Add, Update, Get and Delete a Ticket
- Add a Note to Ticket
- Add, Update, Get and Delete a User
Connecting Your Account
Connecting your account is easy - you'll just need to retrieve some details from your Freshdesk account and paste them into Flow XO. First, in Freshdesk:
Then in Flow XO :
You can then click 'Test Connection' to get the 'Connection succeed.' message, then click 'Next' to continue building your Flow XO flow.
